Jedavyom14 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a jedavyom14 user, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using the platform:

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the jedavyom14 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include local eWallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, as well as bank transfers from approved Malaysian financial institutions.
The key terms governing payments are as follows:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set out on the deposit page within your account.
- All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit.
- Jedavyom14 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method chosen and any required security checks.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be blocked and investigated before any payment is processed.
Jedavyom14 is not liable for any third-party fees that your bank or eWallet provider may charge when processing transactions.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Jedavyom14 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. jedavyom14's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of your most recent deposit made within thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and jedavyom14 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure
Jedavyom14 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these terms, or activity that threatens the security of the platform or other users. In such cases, any account balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the jedavyom14 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC compliance.
